Carola Searle, the owner of Fancy Frogz, was a joy to work with. Fancy Frogz is a children’s boutique that sells trendy clothes for super cute kids. All the precious playful wear on her site is picked out specifically based on quality. Carola found it hard to find quality + stylish outfits for her children so Fancy Frogz was established in 2014 and her clothing line for littles began. We met on Instagram, she was put on my waiting list, I then sprinkled a little magic dust on her brand a month later, and now you get to read all about her new brand.
This is her and her precious family. She’s a super strong mom who is also a female biz owner! She kicks butt. I love working with women business owners because they have such passion for what they do!
You can see the logo I created for Fancy Frogz on the pictures below. At first, the logo was a bright green but Carola suggested this blue/teal color to match her older logo better and I loooove how it turned out. This soft blue with accents of teal really brings out the childish feel and with this font choice for “Fancy Frogz” it looks like a child wrote this with crayon, a child that is super talented in the hand writing department! I wanted her new logo to attract the correct target audience and represent the quality of clothing she has in her shop. A touch of modern, simplistic, and child-like mixed into a big pot that would represent her brand visually.
These two boys are so precious. Don’t you love the style? I can’t wait to get one of these items from her shop for my little nephew (he will be born in July!!). The hubs and I don’t plan on having kids for a few more years so my nephew will be one spoiled little boy because he’s getting all our attention. And I just love online shops like this because first of all, I’m supporting business owners like Carola who kick butt and take names + second of all, I believe in the quality of the items more.
Getting to give this brand a complete makeover was so much fun. I was able to change the logo, color, and whole website. This project only took around a week or so to complete as well, which is always great! Carola was very helpful throughout the whole process and was so quick to respond to my e-mails which made designing for her a piece of cake.
This is a before and after of the website. She wanted a makeover, so a makeover is what she got! It’s just better if you go ooh and ahh over the website yourself, though. Go see all the children boutique glory for yourself!
